In my practice, colorectal cancer is a frequently encountered condition. This malignancy is particularly concerning due to its high prevalence and the significant impact it has on patients’ lives. Several factors contribute to the high prevalence of colorectal cancer among my patients. These include a high-fat diet, low-fiber diet, smoking, alcohol consumption, and overweight/obesity. These lifestyle factors significantly increase the risk of developing colorectal cancer, highlighting the need for preventive measures and early detection.
